The Heathcote Region
Shiraz is the flagship variety of Heathcote from the big generous fruit flavours from the north of the region to the more subtle cooler climate spice in the south. A wonderfully diverse variety, with ancient Cambrian soils and a Mediterranean climate, that can be seen in its full tapestry when touring around the region.
